I’ve attended several group sound healing sessions with Sabrina, who’s very welcoming and kind. Sound healing is unlike anything else I’ve experienced. The sounds that are utilized—which have included singing bowls, chimes, “ocean waves,” and a gong—are beautiful and absolutely take over you. At some points, I come close to falling asleep.
