Developed from the personal journey of Paula Marie Jackson, who successfully slowed the progression of her Multiple Sclerosis (MS) symptoms, LIGHT™ is an effective framework that promotes self-efficacy — your ability to believe in and achieve your goals. Paula's success inspired years of scientific research, including two pilot studies (see Note) at UC San Diego, demonstrating the effectiveness of this mind-body process.
What is LIGHT™?
LIGHT™ blends the gentle practice of hypnosis and guided imagery to help you tap into your subconscious mind, allowing you to expand your awareness, manage stress, and focus on healing. LIGHT™ is a forward-focused experience that doesn’t require revisiting the past. Instead, it encourages clients to explore the vast and limitless potential of the future.
The insights clients receive during LIGHT™ occupy a unique space within their consciousness, with no need for rationalization or in-depth analysis. The vibrations of these words, images, and feelings have their own language, which will be decoded by the body and mind’s innate wisdom in its own time and way.
When we enter the realm of light and create a secure, inner space, our role is to begin building and shaping a new world. In this space, we hold complete control over what we bring into it, drawing from the wisdom of light all that we need. It’s essential to keep this space solely for positive, boundless energy and vibrations, allowing them to attract similar energies that can ultimately root themselves in every cell, thought, and vision we have.

LIGHT™ one-on-one sessions are delivered as a package of five sessions provide optimal results, as each session builds upon the previous one, deepening your connection to the therapy and amplifying its positive effects.
Each session lasts 90 minutes. You will receive one session per week for five consecutive weeks, with special cases potentially requiring eight to ten sessions. To maximize the benefits, it's recommended to schedule your sessions at the same time each week, creating a consistent routine that helps you fully absorb the therapy.

Note:
The first pilot study to test the efficacy of LIGHT™ was commenced at UC San Diego in 2011. The results were peer-reviewed and published in the Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine in February 2018. [Link to the Publication]
The researchers then named the protocol Healing Light Guided Imagery (HLGI), which has since been renamed Light-Induced Guided Healing Therapy™ (LIGHT™). The study participants reported a 75% decrease in depressed mood, a 24% decrease in fatigue, a 38% increase in physical quality of life, and a 30% increase in mental quality of life.
A second pilot study was conducted at the Swartz Center for Computational Neuroscience using EEG to observe what transpired in the participants’ brains while experiencing the protocol. [Link to the Publication] The researchers observed that a broad network of brain systems became increasingly engaged as individuals progressed through the visualization sequence. Notably, in the central and occipital regions, power in the theta (4 – 7 Hz) and alpha (8 – 12 Hz) range declines during post-session relative to pre-session rest baseline.

LIGHT™ 的療程安排
