I recommend to bring a 1 inch thick yoga mat (or 10 mm foldable mat or a 5 Inch Inflatable Sleeping Pad), pillow, blanket, eye mask, water bottle, extra layers, etc., and anything (ear-plugs or anti-snoring stripts) that will make you feel more comfortable. We can provide chairs if you prefer to sit.
